Au Courant Bronze Face Gel Original Dark
Au Courant asked me to try their new sunless tanner for the face, Bronze Face Gel. I agreed. I'm not crazy, you know. And it's a good thing I'm not because the Bronze Face Gel is one of the best sunless tanners for the face I've ever used. I've got oily skin and dry skin attempting peaceful coexistence, so finding a good product is hard. This one worked beautifully.
The Bronze Face Gel is incredibly dark when it's still in the container. Somehow it goes on extremely sheer and dries to a matte finish. And it dries fast. Don't lollygag.
Au Courant recently introduced two new colors (Copper and Clear), and repackaged them all in a more convenient tube. The Copper gel is great for people with olive skin tones; it's a better (by far) version of what Estee Lauder was aiming for with the Estee Lauder Self-Action Go Bronze Tinted Self-Tanner For Face. If you like that product, you will love the Bronze Face Gel in copper. Stick with the original version if your skin has pink or red undertones.
Application tip: Less is more! Apply sparingly with fingertips. Do not dot all over face and then try to blend. Use a small dab, about the size of a pea, to cover your forehead. Then use the same amount for cheeks and nose. Then two more for chin, under chin, and front of neck. Two to three more dabs should take care of the front and sides of your neck, plus your ears. Recap container; this is a liquid gel formula that will not stay in the tube.

HORRIBLE 4ME! Dont waste your money. This product is simply not worth it. Its sticky, shiny on your face and looks fake,basically dont believe what the lable says.
Au Courant is good stuff. The face gel is easy to apply and looks great with two coats. It was fine for my oily skin but it looked better if I applied it every day. It has great color and makes me look pretty dark layered.
