Clarins Self Tanning Instant Gel

The first time I tried Clarins Self Tanning Milk with SPF 6, I was more easily impressed, having only used about a half dozen sunless tanning products (I'm up to around 75). The more products I tried, the less impressed I became: Clarins Self Tanning Milk with SPF 6 is nothing special, but at this price it should be. It doesn't help that I'm one of those people who dislike the fragrance Clarins uses in their products.

You will get just as good, if not better, results from SUN Laboratories Luxurious Self Tanning Milk.

Next, I tried Clarins Self Tanning Gel. Why this product is referred to as a "gel" is a mystery to me: the consistency is that of an ordinary skin lotion. Overall, the results were far too average for the price. The product pleasantly reminded me of Banana Boat Creme Soft Medium Blend, until I remembered that Banana Boat costs sixty six percent less. Then I felt ripped off. February 16, 2000

Not a deep colour, but a nice light to medium golden tan for beginners.Foolproof.But i had to reaplay every two days!it faded sooo fast on me :(.No streaks at all and it didn,t stain my clothes much, just bit after gym.

Hardly any color! I have used a lot of tanners and this was way too light for the expense and amount you need to apply. Luckily I got a free sample to try before I invested in this. It may be good for newbies- no streaks- and i did like the face gel.

Great self tanner. It dries quickly and you don't have to wait 15-30 minutes to get dressed. The color is more orange on me (others have said it left them yellow). I use this one day + Au Courant the next (which is reddish brown on me) = good r
