Clara Pettitt, © 2003. All Rights Reserved. Clarins Self Tanning Milk SPF 6 The first time I tried Clarins Self Tanning Milk with SPF 6, I was more easily impressed, having only used about a half dozen sunless tanning products (I'm up to around 75). The more products I tried, the less impressed I became: Clarins Self Tanning Milk with SPF 6 is nothing special, but at this price it should be. It doesn't help that I'm one of those people who dislike the fragrance Clarins uses in their products. You will get just as good, if not better, results from SUN Laboratories Luxurious Self Tanning Milk. Next, I tried Clarins Self Tanning Gel. Why this product is referred to as a "gel" is a mystery to me: the consistency is that of an ordinary skin lotion. Overall, the results were far too average for the price. The product pleasantly reminded me of Banana Boat Creme Soft Medium Blend, until I remembered that Banana Boat costs sixty six percent less. Then I felt ripped off. Smells good and didn't stain clothes and absorb well since dry skin in the winter. To pricey for small bottle and would not last since numerous coats needed.
