Paula's Choice Almost The Real Thing Self Tanning Gel
Paula's Choice Almost the Real Thing Self-Tanning Gel is non smelly, non oily, and easy to apply. Shortly after trying it, I bought some for relatives — my highest blessing.
It is a unique product, a transparent, firm gel that's tinted with caramel. Unlike tints made from FD&C dyes, the caramel tint won't come off on your clothes.
The texture and light tint make it ideal for use by sufferers from vitiligo because it's extremely easy to control. You won't have a problem applying it to small areas (try using a medium sized makeup brush!) because it won't drip.
It will also be a boon to anyone who has a problem with fragrance or pore clogging ingredients. What a treat! And as if all that weren't enough, it is fast acting.
If you like philosophy's the healthy tan, try this product instead. It's better, and it costs less. December 26, 1999

Product dried fast, no smell, lasted several days. Color faded very unevenly.
I'm a very pale type I, this product turned my skin a brownish - orange, too orange for my liking or skin tone. Great in that it doesn't smell overpowering and blends nicely, I love Paula's products but will not be using this again. Ma
